This notice describes the current local website and its browser-based tools.
Who is responsible
uslutions.com, Emmaweg 14, Hengelo, the Netherlands, is the business identified for this website. You can send privacy questions or requests to privacy@uslutions.com.
What happens when you browse
Your browser loads pages, images, fonts and scripts from this website. The site runs on our own Ubuntu server through a Clouvider gateway. Web servers process technical connection details, such as your IP address, requested page and time of access, in operational logs. The site uses no analytics service, advertising tracker, embedded map or externally loaded font.
Your forms and project brief
Information you enter is processed in the current page to create the brief you request. Uslutions does not receive it through this tool. Fields are used only for that task; there is no automated matching, profiling or decision about you. You can clear the project planner. Downloading or copying creates a copy under your control.
Why information is used
The browser uses your entries to perform the action you request and remembers controls you explicitly use. If you contact us directly, your contact details and message are used to answer you or prepare a requested service. Under the GDPR this may rely on pre-contractual steps, or our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence where you act for a company. Consent for marketing is not bundled with an enquiry.
Storage and retention
Form answers stay in the page and are not saved in a customer database. Refreshing or leaving clears the application state, although your browser may restore fields or page history. Session preferences follow the cookie information. Downloads and copied text remain on your device until you delete them. Direct correspondence is kept in our mailbox and its backups to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. Contact privacy@uslutions.com about retention or deletion.
Recipients and transfers
The browser tools do not send your form answers. Website traffic passes through our Clouvider gateway to our own server. Incoming email is stored on our server; outgoing email uses Mailjet as a delivery provider. If you follow an external link, that provider processes your visit under its own policies.
Your rights in Europe
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction, portability or object where the relevant conditions apply. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your competent supervisory authority. Requests normally receive a response within one month; a permitted extension must be explained.
Your rights under Turkish law
Where Law No. 6698 applies, you may ask whether data are processed, seek information about purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, and exercise the other rights in Article 11. Apply first to the controller. Requests are answered within 30 days; complaints to the KVKK Board are subject to the deadlines and procedure in Article 14.
